Efficiency Engineering Inc. is a mechanical/electrical engineering firm specializing in improving operations and reducing costs in existing buildings.   Since 1990 we have been evaluating, designing, and managing retrofit construction projects in existing buildings.

Most of our work is driven by utility cost savings, or to solve operating problems such as poor comfort, poor indoor air quality, or inadequate Building Code compliance.   Our services have been used in hundreds of buildings accounting for many millions of sq.ft. of floor space.   We're helping facility owners save energy costs, avoid CO₂ emissions, renew building infrastructure, and live up to environmental goals.
