The Efficiency Engineering business model is built around partnerships with building owners and managers. Like other engineering consultants, we can deliver "turnkey" design, management, and energy auditing services. But unlike others, we also provide on-line tools to manage work flows and allow client staff or third parties to contribute.

The facility owner may decide to have internal staff or a local lighting specialist take lighting inventories, rather than carry our travel costs. In that case, the local lighting auditors would be given data collection forms that they would fill out on site and return to Efficiency Engineering for data input and analysis. Or they could subscribe to managingenergy.com to perform the data entry themselves. Or, with some training, they could use managingenergy.com to do their own analysis of lighting upgrade opportunities. There are many ways to structure a partnership. The best way for you will depend upon your in-house resources and availability, and the availability and cost of other local skills. The key is that our experienced staff are available to fill in as needed to support your team.
