We require an expert in building mechanical, electrical and controls systems to develop and work on our building commissioning services. The focus will be on recommissioning of existing buildings, and establishing continuous commissioning procedures. The successful candidate will have 5 to 7 years demonstrated experience in building commissioning, including a background in design and field verification work with all three system types: mechanical, electrical, and controls. The work will include both documentation in the office and field testing. We require someone who can contribute effectively in team settings, carry out commissioning tasks independently, and is comfortable in dealing with building owners, designers, and contractors. The successful applicant will be at least a C.E.T. in a building systems area. A professional engineering degree would be an asset.
