Efficiency Engineering Inc. has worked hard to systematize our design and management processes for the type of projects we specialize in. That means we can charge fees well below industry standards.

The most recent fee guidelines published by the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers gives the following guidance for building retrofit projects:

Fees as a percentage of construction value are shown below. Efficiency Engineering design fees are always below these guidelines, and for contract admin and project management are much lower.
